May 24 - Universal Transport has handled the transportation of four passenger bridges from Sakarya Province in Turkey to Mengomeyén, Equatorial Guinea.
Eight trucks were utilised to transport the 29 items 80 km to the Port of Derince for onward transportation. Individual components of the consignment measured 25.5 m x 3.7 m x 4.32 m and weighed 29.5 tonnes.
The cargoes were loaded onboard a chartered vessel and transported to the Port of Bata, where once offloaded they were transported 200 km to President Obiang Nguema International Airport in Mengomeyén.
