July 17 - Belarus based heavy haulier Transconsult has coordinated the transport of components for a new concrete plant from Ostrava in the Czech Republic to Arkhangelsk, Russia.
The components - the heaviest of which weighed 200 tonnes - were loaded onto 13 heavy-duty trailers, before being lashed down and transported by road to Arkhangelsk via St Petersburg.
Transconsult, which is a member of the X2 group of logistics networks, organised the route survey, Customs clearance and unloading of the cargo on arrival at the site. The entire transport operation took six days to complete.
