February 1 - One of the UK's younger freight logistics events, Multimodal, expects to increase visitor numbers and exhibitors as the western world emerges from recession.
Three months prior to its opening in Birmingham, the show "is already significantly larger than last year," organisers Clarion Events said.
Multimodal 2010 will again feature free-of-charge seminars and market briefings including a 'collaboration' seminar by Shippers' Voice with case studies from Tiaca, Samskip and Freight by Water, plus two networking receptions, a tour of the Birmingham Intermodal terminal and the "Multimodal Hog Roast".
