North American terminal operator Logistec has ordered two Generation 6 Konecranes Gottwald mobile harbour cranes for its port of Manatee terminal in Tampa Bay, Florida, USA.
The cranes will be handed over by February 2022. “These new additions to our fleet of cargo handling equipment are well aligned with our focus on reducing our marine carbon footprint in support of our Green Marine initiatives. This is great news for our customers, our community and the environment in Port Manatee,” said Rodney Corrigan, president of Logistec USA.
The cranes will have a working radius of up to 51 m and a lifting capacity of 125 tons (113.4 tonnes).
