Kalmar, part of Cargotec, has signed an agreement to supply Bilbao-based port operator Servicios Logisticos Portuarios (SLP) with five heavy-duty forklift trucks.
The units are scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2019 and will be primarily used to handle steel mill products.
SLP’s trucks will feature a lifting capacity of 33 tons (30 tonnes).
Based in Bilbao, SLP handles a wide range of bulk, breakbulk and project cargoes.
