January 21 - Nicolas Occis, a chief civil and forestry engineer, has been named executive director of HAROPA's Port of Rouen.
Occis, who previously served as a deputy sub-director within France's Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, succeeds Philippe Deiss who has been appointed managing director of Ports Normands Associes (Associated Normandy Ports).
As part of his appointment, Occis will also take over the presidency of HAROPA's Economic Interest Group (EIG) for 2015.
