Port of Roenne is situated on the island of Bornholm, Denmark, and Nordahl has been central to reaffirming the port’s position as a key element of the island’s infrastructure and a vital player in the Baltic Sea’s green energy transition.

The port serves as Bornholm’s chief supply port and is a hub for both the wind energy and cruise businesses.  ”Port of Roenne is a role model for green transition and has become a growth engine for Bornholm,” said Tine Kirk, ceo of Danish Ports. “We look forward to benefiting from Lars’ experience and vision in our efforts to strengthen Danish commercial ports.”

Nordahl is also currently sitting as a board member for Baltic Energy Island (since May 2023) and DI Bornholm (since February 2024).
