November 16 - With immediate effect, the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) is exclusively represented in Mauritius by Relocation and Moving Solutions Ltd.
The company's managing director, Jimmy Rughoonundon has more than 15 years experience in handling project cargoes in Mauritius and Madagascar.
The company has moved a wide variety of heavy and over-dimensional items, from dredging pipes for the port, pipes for drainage within the country, dredgers, large earth-moving and construction machinery, electrical generators, cranes, excavators, silos, rock crushers and brewery fermentation tanks. The dismantling and relocation of sugar mills to Eastern Africa has also been handled.
Meanwhile, in India, WWPC has revealed a new member in Kolkata. Hindustan Cargo Ltd has a large set up in Kolkata and has been responsible for handling several power and refinery projects. The company owns and operates a large fleet of specialised equipment, including mechanical trailers with low-bed / long-bed combinations; hydraulic axle trailers with Volvo and MAN prime movers, as well as cranes up to 650 tonnes lift capacity.
