October 1 - Wagenborg Towage has helped bring the crane ship Saipem 7000 and a Paragon Offshore platform into Eemshaven, the Netherlands.
Wagenborg's tugs Waterstroom, Waterstraat, Jade and Wulf 7, as well as the latest addition to its towage fleet, Waterland, were used to tow Saipem 7000 into the Dutch port, where it will remain moored until the end of the year under the agency of Marico, which was acquired by Broekman Logistics last year.
After assisting the Saipem ship, Wagenborg's tugs - Waterstroom, Waterstarrt, Zeus, Vortex and Multratug 4 - were used to tow the 73 m long platform, Paragon C20052, and moor it safely at the Julianahaven quay.
