April 14 - Wagenborg Nedlift has invested in two new 110-tonne capacity Grove GMK5110 all-terrain cranes.
The Grove cranes have a 51 m main boom and an 11-18 m fixed jib, with a total counterweight of 11 tonnes. The cranes also have an approved drawbar coupling, suitable for a three-centre axle trailer, on which an extra 20-tonne counterweight and lifting equipment can be transported.
Wagenborg said that the combination is suitable for a single-person operation, making the machine relatively cost-efficient.
The Grove GMK5110 is also equipped with a robust three-fold equipment box and an outrigger pad rack, with four lightweight aluminium outrigger pads.
