May 3 - Royal Wagenborg has loaded a bridge weighing 760 tonnes on board Wagenborg Barge 8, in the German city of Wilhelmshaven.
The bridge was driven onto the pontoon using self-propelled modular trailers (SPMT) and was subsequently sea fastened. It will be transported 1,500 miles (2,414 km) to Kirkenes in the north of Norway.
Assembled by Schachtbau Nordhausen, the bridge measures 120 m in length, 13.5 m in width and 19.5 m in height.
