September 26 - Southampton, UK based boat transportation specialist Peters & May has named Noel Viera as general manager of its United States operations.
Viera joined Air and Ocean Shipping during 2007, shortly before Peters & May acquired the firm. According to the company's chief executive Dave Holley, Viera was the "natural choice" for the role having worked through the ranks as key account handler and operations manager.
Peters & May has a global network of offices and agents; the company will be opening two new offices before the end of 2013.
