March 30 - ETS Marine & Cargo Surveyors has attended the discharge and conducted the survey on two pusher tugs in Nueva Palmira, Uruguay.
The tugs, each of which weighed 408 tonnes, were unloaded from BigLift Shipping's heavy lift vessel Happy Dover at the Uruguayan port.
Once the cargo had been successfully unloaded and surveyed, ETS explained that the tugs were left alongside the vessel on the river Uruguay, and will eventually be used to push barges carrying bulk through the river Parana and Uruguay.
