September 18 - International logistics and freight forwarding company, Tuscor Lloyds (UK), is expanding its Manchester-based global operations, following the opening of a number of offices worldwide.
Whilst retaining its present building in Trafford Park, Tuscor Lloyds is moving into new premises in a landmark Quay West building in Manchester's Salford Quays. The move is part of the company's global expansion plans, which have recently seen offices opening in Manzanillo, Mexico; Naples, Italy; and Valencia, Spain.
Nick Rodriguez of Tuscor Lloyds said: "At Tuscor Lloyds, we constantly seek out new opportunities globally but we have also built strong partnerships with some of the world's largest corporations. In recent years we have seen tremendous improvements in our key markets around the world."
Tuscor Lloyds' business is diversified in two key areas, general cargo project work and liner work comprising full and part load containers. The company also arranges out-of-profile shipments for the oil, gas and construction industries. Its liner division is heavily involved in the South American, Central American and North African markets, offering weekly shipments from various North European ports.
