January 15 - Tuscor Lloyds has transported a 17.3-tonne tracked scoop loader machine from the Rota military base in Cadiz, Spain to Alabama in the USA.
The machine, which was donated by the US army to the state of Alabama, was loaded and secured to a low loader trailer in Cadiz for its 805 km road transport to the Port of Sagunto in Valencia, Spain.
At the port the cargo, which had a total volume of 57.1 cu m, was loaded onto a ro-ro vessel and shipped to the Port of Houston, where it was discharged and delivered to its recipients in Alabama.
