April 28 - As part of the reorganisation of Transmec Group the group's company dedicated to land transport, Transporti Internazionali Transmec s.p.a has acquired the remaining 50 percent of Transmec MP International s.p.a.
Transporti Internazionali Transmec already holds a 50 percent stake in Transmec MP International, which is the group's company specialising in air and sea freight, making it now the sole parent company.
The estimated turnover resulting from this operation is EUR150 million (USD208 million).
