December 8 - Cosmatos Shipping Services has delivered a transformer along with 150,000 cu m of auxiliary equipment from Istanbul, Turkey, to Syros in Greece.
The transformer itself measured 5 m x 3.2 m x 4.1 m and weighed 61.6 tonnes. The project was executed despite a political outburst in Turkey. Cosmatos Shipping Services handled the inland and sea transport until offloading at Syros.
Cosmatos Shipping Services is a member of The Heavy Lift Group in Greece.
