October 21 - Germany's Intertransport Gruber has completed the transportation of two trains shipped from Qingdao, China to Rotterdam.
The trains, each of which weighed 52 tonnes and had the dimensions 25 m x 3.2 m x 4.2 m, were unloaded at the port of Rotterdam directly onto a barge using a floating crane, before being transported to Vienna, Austria.
Intertransport Gruber is a member of the Project Cargo Network (PCN) in Germany.
