January 20 - Thoresen Shipping and Logistics has coordinated the transport of a dismantled hydraulic winch from Laem Chabang, Thailand to Zhuhai in China.
The cargo, of which the heaviest units weighed around 64 tonnes, was first shipped to Hong Kong, where the winch was loaded onto a barge for transport to Zhuhai.
On arrival, two 200-tonne capacity cranes were used to lift the cargo off the barge and onto trailers for final delivery to the jobsite.
Thoresen Shipping and Logistics is part of the France-headquartered Naxco Group.
