February 21 - ALP Maritime Services bv has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Teekay Offshore Partners lp (Teekay Offshore).
ALP will continue to operate fully independently within the Teekay Group and believes that being of the group will allow it to learn and better understand other segments of the maritime industry as well.
Teekay Offshore is an international provider of marine transportation, oil production and storage services to the offshore oil industry focusing on the fast-growing, deepwater offshore oil regions of the North Sea and Brazil.
ALP Maritime Services provides commercial and operational services in the towage, transport and installation market to the offshore oil and gas industry internationally.
