August 20 - Global Boat Shipping's (GBS) liner service has shipped five yachts from Hamburg within one week.
Using the fixed scheduled vessels of large container lines, GBS Yacht Transport claims to offer yacht owners, dealers ad manufacturers reliable departure and arrival times for a reasonable price.
GBS expects further growth in this sector and an even higher number of shipments in the forthcoming months.
In addition to destinations in the Middle and Far East, the number of transports to ports in North and South America will be increased, said Michel Wirt, who is responsible for the liner service at GBS in Hamburg.
