March 17 - Dutch Steder Group has acquired the shares previously held by Delta Maritime of Greece in the joint venture that the two companies had in Romania.
In an official statement, Steder Group said it will honour and fulfil all Delta's current business and contract obligations under the entity's new name, StederDelta Group SRL.
StederDelta, which becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Steder Group, offers project logistics and heavy lift shipping, oil and gas logistics services, freight forwarding, warehousing, chartering, ship agency and port/transhipment services, cargo survey and lashing, as well as securing and dunnage of cargo.
