February 3 - SRT Transportation Solutions has completed two project cargo deliveries, consisting of a 228-tonne press machine and three identical transformers.
SRT handled the movement of a 502,000 lbs (228-tonne) press machine from a plant in Arkansas to another plant in Mississippi, USA.
Due to the unusual design of the press, SRT explained that a unique tie-down plan had to be developed in order to secure the load.
Meanwhile, SRT also managed the shipment of three identical transformers from Houston, to Illinois, USA.
