September 7 - Turkish project logistics provider Smart Logistics has coordinated the delivery of 4,000 cu m of equipment for a cement plant in Söke, Izmir.
The cargo was shipped from various locations across Europe, consolidated in Antwerp and delivered to Turkey's Izmir port on board a Grimaldi ro-ro service. From Izmir, the consignment was transported by road to the plant site.
The shipment included individual units weighing up to 90 tonnes.
Smart Logistics is a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) in Turkey.
