May 18 - Ravestein will showcase its semi-submersible platform Skylift 3000 at Seawork International 2017, from June 13-15 at Mayflower Park in Southampton, UK.
The 60 m x 28 m x 4.5 m submersible platform, with a payload of 3,000 tons (2,721.6 tonnes), will be lowered down to demonstrate how easily it submerges. There will also be the opportunity to go on board the Skylift, where Ravestein employees will answer questions.
In addition to the Skylift 3000, Ravestein will also showcase its heavy maritime steel structures, such as caissons, lock gates, ro-ro linkspans, and backhoe dredgers.
