November 18 - Australian tug vessel operator PB Sea-Tow has agreed to sell its 50 percent stake in Offshore Marine Services Alliance (OMSA) to joint venture partner, Skilled Offshore, for AUD12 million (USD10.49 million).
OMSA is currently contracted by Chevron Australia to carry out tug and barges marine transportation works on the Gorgon Project. Marine staffing services provider Skilled Offshore has agreed to pay AUD3.8 million (USD3.32 million) upon completion of the deal, AUD6.9 million (USD6.01 million) on January 5, 2015, with payments of AUD1.3 million (USD1.14 million) due on April 1 and July 1, 2015.
