October 25 - SCL Group LLC is set to acquire KFS Inc, a company based in Dallas, Texas.
KFS Inc is a multi-services logistics company with five global offices, specialising in domestic transportation, international freight and project forwarding, warehousing, third party logistics and truck brokerage.
SCL Group is a holding company managed by Texas' veteran logistics entrepreneur Bruce Galbraith, founder of Trans-Trade Inc, which is based in Dallas-Fort Worth.
President of KFS, Jim Keller, said "I've known Bruce for many years and believe the team he has assembled will help take our operation to the next level."
