November 9 - Sarjak Container Lines has delivered two over-dimensional units from the Indian port of Nhava Sheva to a port infrastructure project site in Malaysia.

Sarjak explained that the width of the cargo (6.1 m), as well as the high centre of gravity (3.2 m), proved a major challenge for the company since the dimensions made it impossible for the units to be shipped on standard flatrack containers.

Therefore, Sarjak decided to use its bespoke 'super rack' to ship the cargo, which the company said made it extremely convenient to handle the cargo, as well as ensure its safety en route.

Sarjak also handled documentation and organised compliance with international Customs formalities.

Sarjak Container Lines is a member of the WCA Projects network.
