July 2 - Heavy transport equipment manufacturer KAMAG has delivered its 1,000th K24 axle line to its long-term customer, Belgium headquartered Sarens Group.
The K24 modular transporter is used for moving industrial installations, transportation of complete bridges and other large components; loads of 10,000 to 15,000 tonnes are regularly handled by the units.
The K24 measures 2.43 m wide allowing for worldwide transport using container flat racks, and is available in a four or six-axle design.
Ludo Sarens, president of the board, Sarens Group, commented: "Having reliable vehicles at our disposal is the most important thing as we have to rely 100 percent on our equipment.
"Those who want to be at the forefront of our business cannot afford to have any breakdowns or malfunctions; therefore, we continue to strengthen our fleet withKAMAG modular transporters."
