January 30 - Belgium headquartered heavy lift and engineering specialist Sarens AS has won a contract from Norway headquartered oil and gas company Statoil to provide crane, lifting and transport logistic services at the K
The agreement will be carried out by Sarens Norway. It will execute all crane and lifting operations at the onshore plants for up to the next six years.
"This contract is very significant for Sarens Norway and plays an integral part of our foundation for further growth and expansion in Norway," said Bjørnar Loe, ceo, Sarens Norway.
The contract has encouraged Sarens Norway to strengthen its workforce with the addition of crane and transport operators, as well as engineering staff.
