June 6 - Rickmers-Linie has named Oceanway in Buenos Aires as its sales agent for Argentina.
Oceanway will focus on sales of Rickmers-Linie's services to and from Argentina, especially where Argentinian companies are involved.
"With the nomination of Oceanway we are taking further steps to reinforce our activities in South America," said Gerhard Janssen, director of global sales and marketing at Rickmers-Linie.
"With our westbound Round-The-World Service making regular calls at ports on the South American east coast we have gained a foothold on the continent."
