March 16 - The Project Cargo Network (PCN) has added Al-Masar Al-Iraqi Co to its network, as its second representative in Iraq.
The company's heavy lift services include: ocean transport; offloading and stevedoring at Um Qaser port; local transport from Um Qaser to any location in Iraq; air freight services at Baghdad international Airport; as well as survey operations.
The oil industry has been a mainstay of the company's activities and Al-Masar Al-Iraqi has moved hundreds of items of equipment, spare parts and units over the past three years for this sector.
Recently, Al-Masar Al-Iraqi Co handled the shipment of specialised units, including a transformer weighing 109 tonnes and some five metres in height (pictured below) for a petrochemical factory in Basrah city.
