Pinnacle Logistics Solutions has expanded its offering with a terminal in Port Weller, Ontario, Canada.
Located approximately 21 km from the US border, the port offers spacious laydown areas and access to regional hubs of activity. Storage space supports bulk, breakbulk, project cargo, heavy lift and containers, said Pinnacle. For large vessels, Port Weller Terminal has a berth length of 335 m.
With demand and the volume of transportation services growing through the Great Lakes, customers are experiencing increased congestion at ports in the region. Aaron Gerber, partner and vice president of sales at Pinnacle Logistics Solutions, added: “It’s no secret that major congestion has an impact on our colleagues and partners throughout the Great Lakes ports.
