NileDutch says that the Port of Douala will now benefit from direct connections to Abidjan (Ivory Coast), Tanger-Med (Morocco), Le Havre (France), Antwerp (Belgium) and Lisbon (Portugal).
The upgraded WEWA service will also serve as a feeder for cargo from Douala to South America, Southern Africa and Southeast Asia, added the shipping line.
The first vessel on the new rotation will be Chopin, which is scheduled to arrive in Douala in August.
