October 6 - NileDutch is introducing a new service linking the East Mediterranean with West Africa, which will be operated in cooperation with Turkon Line.

The service will call at the ports of Alexandria (Egypt), Mersin, Istanbul, Evyap, Gemlik, Aliaga (Turkey), and Tangier (Morocco), where cargo will be transferred to NileDutch's West Europe - West Africa (WEWA) service, which calls at the African ports of Abidjan, Pointe Noire, Luanda, Lobito and Namibe.

NileDutch also operates an extensive network of feeder vessels in the region that can carry cargo between a number of East African ports, including Matadi, Boma, Bata, Malabo, Cabinda, Douala, Lagos and Libreville.

The new service's first vessel, Cafer Dede, will sail from Turkey on October 23, 2015.
