November 16 - Shipping line Shipping.dk has introduced a new tweendecker into service and is seeking traffic for the new ship.
The Dutch-built 3,500 dwt Pacific Dawn is geared with two 120-tonne cranes, combinable to 240 tonnes.
The line says the ship has been especially designed to convey transformers and generating sets, project cargoes, windmill equipment and breakbulk cargo.
It has a speed of up to 19 knots and offers 950 sq m of deckspace.
