May 16 - Aerospace One S.A. Greece - a new all-cargo airline that made its maiden flight in April 2013 - will be officially unveiled at Air Cargo Europe 2013 in Munich, June 2013.
The Greece registered airline offers widebody freighter aircraft on a charter and ACMI basis. Its fleet comprises of B747-200 and B747-400 freighter aircraft.
Founder Jaideep Mirchandani said Aerospace One S.A. Greece will target the charter business, specialising in the transport of heavy loads and project cargoes.
Aerospace One S.A. Greece will operate from a home hub at Châteauroux airport, central France. It will first concentrate on connecting the high-growth markets of India and Brazil with Europe.
UK-based air charter broker chartersphere has signed an exclusive agreement with the new all-cargo airline to handle charter requests and freight rate quotations.
Mirchandani commented: "I am delighted to announce this exciting new venture with our affiliate chartersphere. The new airline will build cargo bridges across the continents and this unique relationship will help ensure the future growth of our fleet."
