December 23 - Israel based Jacky Line has shipped 35 Pratt & Whitney aircraft engines from Israel to Kansas City in Missouri, USA.
The engines, each of which weighed 7.6 tonnes and had the dimensions 5.2 m x 2.4 m x 2.9 m, were transported on a combination of five 20 ft flat racks and 15 40 ft flat racks.
Jacky Line organised collection from the shipper's door in Israel, loading of the engines onto flat racks, lashing, survey and covering of the cargo with tarpaulin, as well as booking with the shipping line.
Jacky Line is a member of the Project Cargo Network (PCN) representing Israel and the XLProjects (XLP) network.
