September 25 - Express Global Logistics (EXG) has transported a 65-ton (59-tonne) convection module from Por to Gadepan, India.
The module, which measured 12.4 m x 5.2 m x 5.5 m, was transported 853 km through Ahmedabad, Palanpur, Pindwara, Mangalwad and Katoda and featured four stool bases, which projected below the level of the trailer's loading bed creating issues when the load had to pass over speed bumps, as well as during the steering of the axles.
During the transport, EXG had to overcome severe flooding in Gujarat and Rajasthan to deliver the cargo.
EXG is a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) in India.
