November 9 - M&M Libya, which has offices in Tripoli, Misurata, Ras Lanuf / Brega and Benghazi, has confirmed that all of its offices have now re-opened and are fully operational, with most of the company's staff back at their desks.
The company offers a wide range of services encompassing all modes of transport, including project management and a full offshore support service to the oil and gas Industries, and says that it is looking forward to playing a key role in Libya's future development which includes the 10th largest proven oil reserves of any country in the world and the 17th highest petroleum production.
At present, M+M Libya has been handling a major contract on behalf of the Libyan Stevedoring Authority andRZD, the Russian Railway Authority, which is building part of the Libyan Railway project. This will involve the unloading and transport to sites of almost six million tonnes of special equipment, project and general cargo over the next five years.
