December 1 - InterMax China has coordinated the delivery and installation of a heavy machine from the Port of Antwerp to Changzhou, China.
The machine, which weighed 34 tonnes and measured 3.4 m high, was delivered, along with associated equipment, using 40 ft flatrack and 40 ft open top containers.
Since the entrance to the factory was only 4.5 m high, InterMax was required to arrange an 80-tonne capacity mobile crane to shift the machine from a flatrack onto a lowbed trailer for transport to the installation site.
InterMax is a member of the Cargo Equipment Experts (CEE) network in China.
