May 15 - MacGregor - a part of Cargotec Corporation - has won a contract to supply seven hydraulically operated linkspan bridges to the Port of Stockholm.
Five units will be installed at Värtahamen harbour and the remaining two at Kapellskär.
The new capacity will enhance the gateway's ability to handle ro-ro cargoes, and the Port of Stockholm has options for further units included in the deal.
Deliveries will take place in 2015 and 2016 and all the steel structures will be CE-marked in accordance with the latest regulations.
