May 17 - Logistics service provider Logwin has opened a 1,200 sq m logistics facility in Perth, Australia.
According to Logiwn, the facility marks further expansion of its air and ocean division in Australia, providing management of national distribution and logistics services.
The facility, located in Kewdale, is situated close to Perth Airport and 10 km away from Perth's central business district.
The logistics facility will provide customers with ecommerce fulfilment solutions, ships part logistics, remote mine supply chain services, as well as end-to-end freight and logistics solutions to customers in the fashion and lifestyle, industrial, consumer goods, retail, and light commercial goods markets.
Utilising its seafreight and airfreight divisions, Logwin provides project logistics services handling large, heavy or urgent cargo. According to Logwin, its team offers route planning, coordination of different carriers, Customs clearance and transport insurance for major projects.
