April 30 - Alexander Global Logistics (AGL) and Columbia Pro-Rail Transport Services have worked together to transport a number of large cranes from south China to Siberia.
The two companies created a logistics solution for the transport of the cranes, with a total volume of approximately 2,000 freight tonnes, which involved a combination of road and rail transport, as well as trans-loading at the China-Russia border.
Columbia Pro-Rail managing director Fenny Swei personally supervised the operations.
Both AGL and Columbia Pro-Rail are members of the Project Cargo Network (PCN).
