August 26 - Jan de Rijk Logistics has transported a 66-million-year-old skeleton of a Tyrannosaurus Rex from Amsterdam's Schiphol airport to the city of Leiden in the Netherlands.
Jan de Rijk was contracted to move the dinosaur skeleton to the Naturalis Museum in Leiden by Dutch airline KLM, after it was flown from Chicago to the Netherlands.
Accompanied by police escort, the skeleton - one of the three most intact T-Rex skeletons in the world - was transported by road to the museum site.
