February 14 - Fagioli India has lifted an 800-tonne ship-to-shore crane at Pipavav port in India.
Fagioli used eight of its 180-tonne capacity jacks to lift the crane from its initial position to a height of 42 m, while four 50-tonne capacity jacks were installed at ground level to provide additional force.
Elsewhere, Fagioli completed the load out and launching operations of a 7,230-tonne ship using 300 axle lines of SPMTs - a move which breaks the Mediterranean record for modular trailers used in one transport, claims the company.
The vessel, which has a length of 142 m and a width of 29.4 m, was first loaded onto a barge, before being transferred to Fagioli's client's floating dock.
