January 3 - H.S.A Chartering has added a fourth ship into the round-the-world (RTW) service operated by Hartmann Asia Line.
HAL Ambassador is a 25,000 dwt tweendecker with 120 tonnes cranes, combinable to lift pieces up to 240 tonnes.
The company says that the ship will be integrated into the RTW service over the coming months improving the frequency to monthly, and adding benefits with its heavy lift capacity and additional space.
Hartmann Asia Line (HAL) was founded in Singapore in June 2009 as a member of the Hartmann Group.
Its RTW service links the Australian continent via South Africa to North America and via the US Gulf and South America to Australia.
Presently, HAL offers regular port calls at Esperance, Las Palmas, Montreal/Trois Rivieres, Houston, Masan, Shanghai, Singapore and Fremantle.
