July 31 - Hansaeng Express Co. has shipped a 502-tonne CO2 absorber and a 225-tonne converter from Kunsan in Korea to Assaluyeh, Iran.
The CO2 absorber had the dimensions 56.4 m x 7.1 m x 7.3 m, while the converter measured 23.5 m x 6.7 m x 6.67 m.
The heavy equipment is destined for use in the construction of the Pardis 3rd Urea & Ammonia Project, which is being managed by EPC contractor Namavaran Delvar E&C.
The cargo was loaded onto the general cargo vessel Al Mothanna at the Kunsan port using an 800-tonne capacity floating crane.
On arrival in Assaluyeh, two shore cranes - one with a 1,000-tonne lifting capacity and the other with a 550-tonne lifting capacity - lifted the cargo from the vessel.
