March 3 - Hacklin Logistics Ltd has transported an 80-tonne steel tank from its manufacturer Japrotek's premises in Pietarsaari on the west coast of Finland to Norway.
The steel tank, which had the dimensions 20 m x 8.3 m x 8.8 m, was lifted onto grids at Japrotek's facility before being loaded onto a flatbed trailer and transported to the port of Pietarsaari for loading.
At the port two mobile cranes with 175-tonne and 250-tonne capacities were used to load the tank onto a chartered vessel, which was positioned 7.5 m from the pier.
The cargo was then shipped from Finland to Norway's Port of Odda, where floating cranes were used to offload the tank.
