September 10 - Gruber Logistics has acquired 100 percent shares of Bremen-based Intertransport Hohnholz GmbH.
Intertransport Hohnholz specialises in maritime transport and project cargo orders for direct transport to North America and the Far East, especially Canada, Korea and China.
Gruber, which now has 22 branches in eight countries and over 560 members of staff, continues to pursue its expansion strategy, with the Bremen-based company becoming its new maritime and air transport headquarters.
